Maderalia Organising Committee already setting goals for growth ahead of next edition, slated to take place with FIMMA and technology and machinery sector from 10th to 13th November 2026 at Feria Valencia. FIMMA + Maderalia participation in first ‘Speed Networking Meeting Club Madera 2025’ in Madrid highly successful and fair now preparing to promote itself at Germany’s international trade events Interzum and Ligna. Maderalia’s Organising Committee has already set the main goals the Feria Valencia event will be working towards in the lead-up to its next edition, scheduled for 10th to 13th November 2026 and taking place as always alongside machinery and technology show FIMMA.

Maderalia’s Organising Committee met for the first time last Monday, 24th March at Feria Valencia, marking the official start of preparations for the fair’s next edition. To achieve this goal, the Committee set global growth “in every sense” as one of its main objectives, in terms of both numbers of exhibitors, the space taken up by each of the sectors involved and the number of professionals who visit. It is worth remembering that the last edition of the biennial event brought together 440 direct exhibitors, representing 925 companies. The fair took up 72,000 square metres of exhibition space in all, and over the four days it ran for, more than 35,000 professionals visited from 63 countries. Internationalisation is in fact another of the major objectives for the 2026 event.

This was made very clear at the Organising Committee’s meeting. A number of trade missions will be arranged as part of this drive, in collaboration with the industry’s main trade associations such as ARVET-Cofearfe and AEIM. These missions will target the different sectors’ priority markets, with the ones FIMMA + Maderalia 20206 is the most interested in being the European Union, North Africa and South America. The upcoming edition of Maderalia will follow the course set two editions back, focusing on improving its positioning in key areas such as the contract and specification sector. “Maderalia is much more than a fair for what was traditionally considered to be the wood industry. It is a platform for new products, innovation and new ideas about materials that are of particular interest to architects, interior designers and installation professionals”, a Committee spokesperson said.

Intensive promotion in 2025

FIMMA + Maderalia has already drawn up a ‘road map’ that will enable it to start working towards these objectives as soon as possible. One of the main initiatives is the bi-annual fair’s presence at different promotional forums and events. Lastly, 2025 is set to be a very active year on the exhibition front, with various FIMMA + Maderalia promotional initiatives being rolled out at some of the industry’s foremost Spanish and international fairs such as Interzum and Ligna in Germany and SICAM in Italy. FIMMA + Maderalia is also planning a major promotional presence at Feria Hábitat València, which takes place from 29th September to 2nd October at Feria Valencia. There, FIMMA + Maderalia will be staging a no expenses spared presentation of the 2026 fair, covering every detail of an edition that has its sights set on success.
