This meeting point for the local community has the aim of revitalising it socially, educationally and economically, while also giving the little Norwegian town a new identity and promoting its development.<\/p>\n<p>The innovative, multifunctional <strong>Samling<\/strong> community space, designed by <strong>Helen &amp; Hard Architects<\/strong>, includes a library, new offices for the Odal Sparebank and around ten apartments, all combined in a compact, unique and geometrically intriguing spatial composition. The library, the heart of the new Samling centre, is impressively spacious while maintaining a welcoming, human-scale ambience. Its generous height is divided into two levels connected by a staircase.<\/p>\n<p>The lighting design was created by <strong>SML Lighting<\/strong> and implemented using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.staffedit.it\/en\/tag\/ll-lucelight-en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">L<strong>&amp;L Luce&amp;Light<\/strong><\/a> fixtures. It perfectly meets the client\u2019s requirements for flexible, adaptable lighting able to illuminate such a large space while also maintaining the library\u2019s functionality and the well-being of its users. On the upper floor, the reading lamps <strong>WALL 8.0<\/strong> (max 2W), 6000K, with 25\u00b0 optics and an elegant satin finish, are positioned on the desks abutting the glass balustrade, where they precisely light the desktops.<\/p>\n<p>These lamps, with their flexible neck, were created by the company specifically as reading lights and can be mounted on shelves, walls or spare gangs. The entire library area is equipped with atmospheric effect lighting, used to mark special anniversaries, receptions or festive events. For this reason, <strong>Neva Mini<\/strong> <strong>7<\/strong> (15W) and <strong>Neva 7.2<\/strong> (75W) the linear profiles for the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.staffedit.it\/en\/tag\/architectural-lighting-en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">architectural lighting<\/a><\/strong> were installed on the wall in the upper part near the ceiling. Both versions have narrow 18\u00b0 optics, adjustable supporting brackets with graduations and RGBW LED light sources, so that different lighting scenes can be created in a variety of colours. These are also visible externally, through the large glass windows.<\/p>\n<p>Neva profiles feature a minimalist design and recessed optics for excellent visual comfort.
