CasaG<\/strong>. is housed in the historic Palazzo Ginori in Rondinelli, once home to Paolo Lorenzini, better known as Collodi, author of Pinocchio, and headquarters of Ginori porcelain production. After years of abandonment, it’s now a Boutique Hotel, restored in early 2022.<\/p>\n

Bronzetto<\/strong> together with many others Florentine artisans<\/strong> were involved in the meticulous restoration carried out by the owner, Filippo Montani della Fargna, together with the architect Cecilia Pantaleo. The concept behind Casa G.was to create a relaxing and peaceful environment, to blend architecture, design, antiques, art and collectable items. Furniture, lamps and textiles as well as the materials used for the bathrooms were created to give a sense of unity while collectable furniture and arts give the spaces diversity and uniqueness. A special thought was given to the well being of the guests: user friendly design, pale colors, soft materials, natural fabrics.<\/p>\n

Brass brothers and timeless collections chosen for the restyling\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Satellite, Wormhole and Gea were the lamps selected from the Brass Brothers&Co.\u00a0collection to\u00a0add a touch of contemporary style in\u00a0the relaxing atmosphere of the rooms and suites; the shades chosen were natural brass for the satellite and gea appliques and natural brass and black painted iron for the Wormhole ones. From the Timeless collection the evergreen floor lamp Studio422 is always repeated in the design especially in the cozy and relaxing living room.<\/p>\n

Brass brothers &co. \u2013 Lighting & details<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Brass Brothers & co., the younger brand of lightings and furnishings, born inside Il Bronzetto\u00ae is a project of ideas shared by a group of artisans, designers and creatives. The proposed products, furnishings and lamps, combine a renewed design and a new use of materials with the memory and the knowledges of last century.<\/p>\n

The result is a contemporary line of items with a vintage mood, as the Wormhole line of lamps designed by Simone Calcinai, in which craftsmanship and a design coexist. A wide range of audacious and bright colours make this line perfect for young and contemporary spaces. The lines of lamps and furnishings by Brass Brothers & Co. are characterized by their simplicity and geometric perfection; games of shapes and colors stimulate the imagination and brighten up the settings, furnishing objects in which the true spirit of Made in Italy is manifested in the forge and passion of new ideas.<\/p>\n

The products of this collection narrate the story of bronze masters capable of combining creativity and high professionalism. Chandeliers, lanterns and sconces are the result of a long experience and a thorough knowledge of the materials and their processing. Timeless, high quality products and furniture are characterized by clean lines and precious materials give to the interiors an imprint of style. Classy details, which harmonize in traditional design contexts and in modern and minimal environments. The lanterns and ceiling lights alternate milk-colored, decorated or transparent glass, with the brass dressed in satin or burnished finishes. Timeless collection embodies classic but contemporary objects, which define sober and refined environments by combining elegance and style in modern artifacts and re-editions of unique pieces revisited and updated to meet today’s tastes.<\/p>\n

The products<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The small Gea 04 WALL LAMP<\/strong> replicates the soft roundness of the wall plate and lampshade typical of this line. Designed by a technological and IT mind, Michelangelo Moroni, one of the company’s founding partners, amazes with its spherical and unusual lines. Discreet and not bulky, this wall light is very suitable in series along corridors or as picture lamps, or on the sides of a bed for reading.<\/p>\n

The wall lamp<\/strong> Wormhole 05<\/strong>, is the most chosen wall lamp for the sides of the bed both in private homes and luxury hotels; with its joint that allows to rotate the lampshade to 360 \u00b0 and its double lighting system, gives the ability to direct the light and create a warm atmosphere at the same time. With its ‘contagious’ design and bright colors, it is perfect for children’s bedrooms even in combination with chandeliers or floor lamps of the same line.<\/p>\n

Floor lamp Studio 422<\/strong>, belonging to the line of the same name, made entirely of brass and customizable in finish, has a base and stem that recall the classicism of this type of lamp. The arm is curved and passes through a cylindrical joint up to the lampshade which can be manually oriented to direct the light where necessary.<\/p>\n
