The 2024 selection, which includes products and systems, theoretical-critical, process or business research applied to design, was presented on October 30 at the ADI Design Museum in conjunction with the opening of the dedicated exhibition.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The lighting design category collects the best indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures and systems for public and private environments. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.staffedit.it\/en\/tag\/iguzzini-en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">iGuzzini<\/a> has been selected by the Permanent Design Observatory in the ADI Design Index 2024 with 5 products: Libera, BeTwo, Spacepad, Light Shed Linen and Allure.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The five lighting systems have different features but they are linked by a powerful technological innovation that significantly increases their performance to offer lighting solutions reliable for people and the planet. The optics developed and produced in-house by iGuzzini are essential for the quality of light, its diffusion and visual comfort, which improve performance by reducing consumption; integration of connectivity and data communication functions to better manage functions and increase energy efficiency; design with a view to circular design, use of recycled and recyclable materials and repairability are the values that have earned the selection of the new iGuzzini collections in the ADI Design Index 2024.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, in the Exhibition Design category of the ADI Design Index 2024, iGuzzini is proud to have illuminated with its systems two important projects dedicated to culture, both curated by the APML Architetti Pedron La Tegola studio: the Museum of the Sea in Trieste and The Rooms of Photography on the Island of San Giorgio in Venice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Libera, by Artec Studio, <\/strong>goes beyond the concept of linear light thanks to a compositional freedom that enables a personal interpretation of light. Suitable for any application environment, it integrates miniaturized optics with intelligent technologies, stylish details and exclusive materials such as brass, used in the ad hoc design of the joint, capable of rotating 360\u00b0 in three planes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BeTwo, designed by AF*design <\/strong>is a small pendant and surface lamp. It is an eclectic, luminous object in the context of an imaginative composition of several elements side by side that softens essentiality. Be Two also multiplies its decorative identity in the ring on the central diameter that joins two identical cylindrical elements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SpacePad, by iGuzzini, <\/strong>is a solution mainly intended for work environments. It allows extreme flexibility with its 360\u00b0 possible rotation on the vertical plane and slide in the track to grant continuous,\u00a0 easy adjusting to any layouts or visual needs. The technological soul of Spacepad is realized in energy savings of over 90% thanks to the Optidiamond optics, LED sources and integrated sensors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Light Shed Linen, designed by iGuzzini, <\/strong>is the first professional lighting product made with linen to contribute to carbon footprint reduction.
