The relationship with customers, held in high regard by MIV, is taken care of both by the agents present throughout the national territory and by the internal technical office, which constantly follows the customer and updates him in real time on new products and technologies, which is essential in this historical moment with the entry into force of the <strong>Ecodesign directive for lighting<\/strong> (EU REGULATION 2019\/2020).<\/p>\n<p>A specific regulation intended to simplify and unify the EU rules regarding lighting products; in a few words, introducing new mandatory parameters and previous elements and amendments of the Ecodesign legislation are now part of a single standard. The <strong>EPREL directive<\/strong> supports the EU&#8217;s commitment to ensure safety and eco-sustainability for the entire lighting sector using increasingly efficient devices that conform to the shared guidelines.
