With around <strong>3,300 employees<\/strong> and an operational presence in <strong>over 100 countries<\/strong>, GEWISS consolidates its global position thanks to an integrated strategy that combines <strong>internal evolution<\/strong> oriented towards managerialisation, internationalisation and digitalisation, in the name of sustainability, <strong>together with targeted M&amp;A <\/strong>activity. Among the most recent acquisitions: Performance in Lighting, Pulsar Engineering, Tvilight, Beghelli, Elmet and VERDE21.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>The 2024 results confirm the validity of our strategy and the Group&#8217;s ability to generate value in a sustainable, innovative and structured way. We look to the future with determination, towards the goal of one billion in turnover and a leading position also at an international leve<\/em>l&#8221;, says <strong>Paolo Cervini<\/strong>, <strong>CEO of GEWISS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The entire strategy is developed in constant sharing with the shareholders and with the Chairman Fabio Bosatelli<\/strong>, guarantor of the continuity of values and entrepreneurial guidance of a Group that is based on continuous innovation, social responsibility and profitability.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>2024: a solid balance sheet, towards one billion in turnover<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The year 2024 closed for the GEWISS Group with strong growth results, confirming the solidity of the strategic plan and the trajectory towards the goal of one billion euros in turnover. Proforma consolidated turnover reached \u20ac820 million, while EBITDA stood at \u20ac110.2 million, an increase of 18% compared to 2023. The proforma version of the indicator reaches 119 million euros. Net profit reached 75 million euros, marking a new all-time high for the Group.<\/p>\n<p>GEWISS&#8217;s development strategy is based on an integrated model that combines two complementary directions: internal organic evolution and inorganic growth through strategic acquisitions.<\/p>\n<p>The internal evolution is based on the <strong>M.I.N.D.S.<\/strong> operating model, shared within the POLIFIN ecosystem, and focuses on <strong>managerialisation, internationalisation, digitisation and sustainability<\/strong>. The reference point for internal innovation is the <strong>TECH FARM project<\/strong>, a technology campus dedicated to the development of IoT solutions. The digital engineering team has grown <strong>from 15 to 95 specialists in just five years<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>GEWISS has strengthened its competitiveness through <strong>numerous M&amp;A transactions<\/strong>. The main acquisitions include <strong>Performance in Lighting<\/strong>, which joined the Group in November 2022 and is active in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.staffedit.it\/en\/tag\/architectural-lighting-en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">architectural<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.staffedit.it\/en\/tag\/outdoor-lighting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">outdoor lighting<\/a>;<strong> Pulsar Engineering<\/strong> and Thinknx, acquired in March 2024 to enhance the offer in smart building automation; and <strong>Tvilight<\/strong>, integrated at the end of 2024, specialised in IoT solutions for smart cities.<\/p>\n<p>In December 2024, the integration with <strong>Beghelli<\/strong>, a historic Italian emergency lighting brand, was launched, with immediate synergies in both production and distribution. In the first quarter of 2025, the integration between <strong>Elmet<\/strong> and the new Global Services &amp; Solutions (GS&amp;S) unit, dedicated to energy services, plant efficiency and digital services, was completed. Finally, in July 2025, GEWISS expanded its portfolio in the renewables sector thanks to the acquisition of <strong>VERDE21<\/strong>, an Italian cleantech company specialising in 3D Dynamo photovoltaic solutions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gewiss.com\/it\/it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>GEWISS<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Proforma revenues of 820 million euros, EBITDA of 119 million euros (+18%) and net profit above 75 million euros.
