Following the success of its previous edition, International Hardware Fair Italy is preparing to welcome the international hardware community back to Bergamo on 5–6 May 2027. The event continues to attract increasing interest from across the industry, further establishing itself as a leading Italian platform where manufacturers, distributors and trade professionals can connect, exchange ideas and generate new business opportunities. The exhibition serves the hardware, building, DIY, industrial supply, electrical, garden & outdoor and automotive sectors, bringing together companies and decision-makers from both countries with established markets and those with emerging markets.

The exhibition in 2025 hosted 320 exhibitors from 22 countries and welcomed more than 5,600 trade visitors from 53 nations, including over 300 international buyers. Throughout the two-day event, participants took part in more than 350 B2B meetings, while an extensive educational programme delivered over 16 conferences and workshops, offering valuable insights into market trends and industry developments.

These results underline the exhibition’s growing international profile and its increasing ability to attract businesses from key global markets. Further strengthening the event’s business focus, the 2027 edition will see the expansion of existing partnerships alongside new collaborations, creating even greater value for exhibitors and visitors. Koelnmesse Italia and Collins, organiser of Buyer Point, will collaborate to enhance the exhibition role in the hardware, DIY and garden market. The initiative will be complemented by an even stronger hosted buyer programme, designed to bring highly qualified buyers from Italy and abroad through targeted recruitment and promotional initiatives in strategic markets.

Moreover, the upcoming edition features another important partnership arising from the new agreement between MADE4DIY and Koelnmesse Italy, concerning the evening networking event that, since 2019, has brought together all the major players in the sector: BricoNight. Finally, the collaboration with Assofermet Ferramenta has been renewed. The association will actively contribute to the educational and conference programme of the event and to the development of the matchmaking activities. It will also be part of the jury for the Product Award, an initiative of which it is a cofounder.

By combining international networking, tailored B2B meetings and high-quality educational content, International Hardware Fair Italy continues to reinforce its role as the leading event in Italy for the hardware and DIY sectors, providing companies with valuable opportunities to build partnerships, expand their business and explore new commercial prospects.
