The Friulian company illuminates a contemporary trattoria in the heart of Itria Valley<\/em><\/h2>\n

A historical building of the late \u2018800 located in Fasano (Brindisi), in the heart of Itria Valley, houses on the ground floor three communicating but independent rooms, previously used for other commercial activities. Three friends, united by the same passion for both catering and their beloved land, decide to invest in a project they strongly believe in, combining the skills they gained over the years in Italy and abroad.<\/p>\n

A contemporary “trattoria” aiming to offer an emotional experience through the atmosphere, informal but attentive to details, and traditional cuisine, which perfumes evoke the Sunday lunches at the beloved grandmother\u2019s home. The renovation project modified the original shape by opening the spaces to let the light in, totally changing the paths and modifying the perceptions, always paying close attention to preserving the typical architectural elements.<\/p>\n

During the demolition phase, both the partition walls and a plasterboard wall removed to obtain an open space to be re-designed consistently with the new activity.\u00a0 More fluid and functional, this design guarantees visual continuity in the environments as a fundamental feature of the entire project. Separated by a stained-glass window, the kitchen opens onto the room and the alcove, increasing the space perception and creating suggestive reflections.<\/p>\n

Better to illuminate the environment, the design phase saw the addition of the pendant lamps and retro sconces of the Vintage collection by Ferroluce, a Friulian company long established on the market thanks to its singular lighting objects or luminous ceramic proposals revisited in a modern key.<\/p>\n
