Caportigia Boutique Hotel is a project realized by Arch. Alessandra Sanfilippo, designed on the idea of creating a high-quality receptive structure for contemporary tourism within a historic building inserted in a prestigious urban context, so far undervalued. The aim was of hosting guests in a perfect context, surrounded by the colours and elegance of a rediscovered environment. The conservative restoration and renovation project thus led to the creation of a boutique hotel with an adjoining restaurant – lounge bar, with large common spaces on the ground floor. On the upper floors are the rooms, in the classic, superior and junior suite version, offering different design solutions still perfectly integrated into the context.<\/p>\n
The applied home automation stands out in rooms and common areas, with a detail that does not go unnoticed: the elegant and exclusive Vimar Eikon plates to frame switches, sockets and controls, here in the Next variant. The regular shapes of the Classic version make the electrical system in line with the highest aesthetic standards. However, in addition to beauty, the Eikon plate also guarantees maximum safety, comfort and functionality: a wide range of sockets responding to every kind of need, from those specific for razors placed in marble bathrooms to the telephone ones.<\/p>\n
