A further distinctive element of Giada System 2 is the new software with advanced remote management. In the event of a malfunction, assistance is provided directly from the premises, accessing diagnostic tools and detailed technical information. The availability of timely and up-to-date data allows for rapid and targeted interventions, significantly improving the efficiency of technical support and contributing to decreasing the plant downtime. The most significant innovation is the integration, on the App side, of an AI system dedicated to user support and automatic diagnostics. AI monitors the device's status and checks for anomalies in real time, providing immediate recommendations in natural language to facilitate the resolution. For example, the system can detect when a device has connection problems or does not have the necessary permissions for it to be managed. In those cases, it provides a quick guide or starts an automatic diagnosis procedure to restore correct operation. In addition, it translates technical information into clear and understandable messages, such as: “Camera 2 light is not responding. It may be too far from the router, or it may have lost power.”
