HYLEtech, with Nex-S on board, completes and overturns the paradigms of furniture design. Completely recyclable, the new HYLEtech technological system in high-tech aluminium will represent the new language of interior design that allows the development of new technical possibilities and new ideas for interior design, art and architecture. In contrast to wood, a construction material classically used to make furniture, HYLEtech – covered by 5 international patents – has various technical and aesthetic advantages.
The material thicknesses brought to a minimum (1cm!) allow the user to count on a significant reduction in the overall weight, making it an optimal construction material; despite the reduced thicknesses, HYLEtech has a high mechanical resistance. The construction material permits an integrated dissipation guaranteed by the properties of the aluminium itself, which prevents the overheating of the illuminated surfaces, eliminating the need for additional dissipating elements. In addition, HYLEtech modules are supplied pre-wired and certified, without electrical cables or mechanical parts in sight, allowing furniture compositions with a sober and clean design. HYLEtech also consents an easy disassembly to smoothly separate the components and optimize the recovery process and complete and infinite recyclability.
Aluminium, a circular material par excellence, can be reintroduced into the production cycle and reused indefinitely without quality loss or alteration of its physical and chemical features, which remain unchanged.
