With the disappearance of the light source in favour of pure LED light, the role of diffusers and extrusions in polycarbonate or PMMA has become truly decisive. Thanks to its in-house mould workshop, the company can ensure polycarbonate and PMMA (Plexiglass) covers with an impeccable surface and constant luminous efficiency: fundamental requirements for the correct propagation of light in LED systems.
Being a manufacturer of matrices allows for optimising the lighting profiles’ extrusion, ensuring impeccable handling of transparent polymers, including recycled ones. Mavis thus offers a technologically advanced, tangible component, ready for series production, and tested to pass rigorous lux meter measurements.
