RACE OF LIGHTS, where light runs
A new lamp designed by Davide Groppi in 2025, born from play and transformed into a new way of imagining light. The customizable and modular 24 V electrified track takes shape on the wall, powering small light-cars attached magnetically to create free and ever-changing compositions. The track can be configured freely up to a maximum length of 5 metres through three different module shapes in textured matt black polyethylene that can be assembled to create endless routes: essential lines, curves, detours and unexpected trajectories.
Up to eight light-cars can be magnetically attached and powered along the track, ready to be moved at any time: mobile light sources become accents of light that can be positioned and repositioned with ease. The light-cars feature an adjustable head that allows the light beam to be directed exactly where needed. They are available in four light colours (white, red, green and blue), enabling the creation of lighting atmospheres and chromatic compositions.
Light becomes play in this intuitive and evolving system, where every configuration is an invitation to experiment. Ready to play. Ready to light.
