Delfi, an innovative lamp designed to illuminate surfaces without causing glare
At Euroluce, Linea Light Group presents the Linealight Collection, a new complete proposal of technical and decorative lighting fixtures, designed to meet every installation requirement. The collection stands out for its customer focus, both in design and distribution. The range includes some of the company’s bestsellers and introduces important new features. These include the premiere of the Delfi family, an innovative lamp designed to illuminate surfaces without causing glare.
The design of Delfi is based on a sophisticated technical system: the LED source, mounted on a circular aluminium support painted white, is directed upwards. Light is reflected by an inner upper disc and channelled downwards through the shape of the metal shade, which internally maintains a white finish. Externally, Delfi is available in five colours with a wrinkled finish: white, black, deep blue, petrol and peach. Inspired by the ancient Greek city of Delphi, considered the ‘centre of the world’, the lamp recalls this symbolism with a ‘centred’ design: observed from below, it appears as a perfectly symmetrical circle enveloped in light.
The range includes pendant versions (with diameters of 35, 45 and 65 cm), surface-mounted versions (in the same dimensions) and a free-standing variant. An important technical detail is the opening at the top of the suspensions, which generates an upward light glare, eliminating the cave effect.
Delfi is available with an LED source in 2700K or 3000K. The pendant and surface-mounted versions are dimmable with a phase-cut system, while the floor lamp integrates a dimmer in the floor panel.
