Lombardo: enhancing environments through a skilful play of light and shadow

28 April 2023

Flag the new symbiosis of light and environment

FLAG 430, with its elegant, geometric design, is able to enhance and make different every room it furnishes. It boasts minimalist lines and a functional vocation. These are the new Lombardo models, an extension of the FLAG family, already available for sale. The new versions, FLAG 430, FLAG 430 Post and FLAG 430 Reg are characterised by their size, power and performance.

FLAG 430 is IP 66 and features a cataphoresis-treated die-cast aluminium body and a screen-printed, tempered glass diffuser. This gives the product high protection against atmospheric agents and considerable resistance to corrosion. The available finishes are white, high tech grey, anthracite grey and Corten, a structural steel increasingly appreciated in the building industry for its innate ability to self-generate and self-protect. The Spot, Wide and Asymmetric optics allow a versatile proposal for architects, lighting designers and planners looking for effective and decorative installations to match different architectural contexts.

The variety of light beams fully satisfies all the lighting requirements that outdoor spaces such as walkways, driveways, cycle paths, car parks and squares demand from both a technical and aesthetic point of view. FLAG models are available in standard on-off and DALI-dimmable versions, the intensity control that ensures excellent user comfort and optimised consumption thanks to the possibility of setting the required amount of light without waste. FLAG 200 and 330 additionally offer a diffused optic featuring an opal glass, ideal for elegant and modern residential environments. The types of installation offered are: ground, wall, pole with 3 or 4 metre square section compatible with all FLAG models

Once again Lombardo has combined its design thinking with innovative design solutions capable of enhancing environments through a skilful play of light and shadow.
