Carmen, by Stefano Traverso for Italamp
Carmen by Italamp is a collection that gives a creative and contemporary twist to the classic glass pendant chandelier. Simple in its structure but mutable in its composition, Carmen is a jewel-lamp composed of a minimal metal frame in a chrome finish to which rows of transparent Murano or teak glass quadriedri are combined: these elements filter the light coming from the source with an evocative effect reminiscent of a waterfall.
Designed to be installed individually or in sequence, Carmen is available with a concentric ring structure with quadriedri of different heights or with the suspended elements and S-shaped or linear frame.
Because of its refined and clean look, Carmen is particularly suitable for contract spaces and was selected in the linear version to illuminate the central area of the Huma – Luxury & Bespoke Kitchens showroom inside the Chelsea Harbour Design Centre, which opened during the London Design Festival.
