COMPOARREDO NUMBER 100, an anniversary to celebrate with veiled enthusiasm and many reasons. We are on the eve of SICAM Pordenone, and quite incredulous we are getting ready to restart walking in the corridors, drinking a coffee, and looking into each other eyes, maybe even shaking our hands after asking each other: “vaccinated?”.
In Milan, with Homi and the Event organized by the Salone del Mobile, the first fairs in person were just concluded. The exhibition halls and the international trade fair facilities are once again the best places for business meetings, even in times of pandemics. In addition, the online ticketing procedure requires a complete registration allowing accurately to keep track of contacts, if necessary.
Although the general situation is still unstable, the increase in vaccinations and the progressive reduction in travel restrictions are positive signs giving companies and professionals a positive outlook for the future of trade. Digital services have played and continue to play a relevant role, but we believe their effectiveness will decrease when the pandemic ends; after that, they will be supporting the fairs in presence, efficiently losing part of their value.
And we at Staff Editoriale are all ready to be there!
