Founded in 1924 in Gravellona Toce, Italy, on the shores of Lake Maggiore, the company is now led by brothers Thomas and Davide Clerici, the third generation of a family that made hinge production its vocation. In both cases, our technical department analyses joints, spaces, dimensions and capacities to design the ideal hinge, in terms of functionality, performance and industrial cost.”
Speed is an essential competitive aspect: feasibility study and quotation are provided within 48 hours from the request, while concept-to-finished-product transition takes less than 60 days, including the prototyping phase. If the hinge shape has remained apparently unchanged over time, materials and production processes have greatly changed. Today’s steels are stronger, flex under load, avoid breaking, and return to their original position once unloaded. The latest generation of laser cutting technologies allows for processing metal sheets up to 5 mm thick for heavy-duty hinges. The result is a product that combines traditional craftsmanship with industrial precision, a balance that only over a century of experience can guarantee.
