PHOTO LAB ALREADY DRIVING INNOVATION IN PROFESSIONAL LIGHTING
Just a few months after its inauguration, Fael LUCE’s new PHOTO LAB is already fully operational and proving to be a strategic milestone in the growth and innovation journey of the Brianza-based company, specialized in professional lighting solutions. Established within the company’s Lab Light, the photometric laboratory was created to strengthen research and development activities, enhancing the company’s ability to design, validate and optimize its lighting solutions.
At the heart of the laboratory are two state-of-the-art goniophotometers, enabling highly accurate measurement of luminaire performance by analysing light distribution, intensity and luminous flux. All testing is carried out in a dedicated dark room designed to ensure controlled environmental conditions and highly reliable results—an essential factor, particularly in LED source characterization. Alongside photometric measurements, the PHOTO LAB also performs advanced colorimetric analysis and flicker monitoring, an increasingly critical parameter in demanding applications ranging from sports lighting to broadcasting installations.
This investment is part of Fael LUCE’s broader strategy to strengthen its international market position through technological innovation, engineering excellence and the continued development of in-house expertise.
