A Project by Studio Silvestri realized by Concreta

In the heart of Livigno, Mo.he Boutique Hotel, opened at the beginning of December 2024, is an exclusive structure which revolutions the concept of mountain hotel.

Owned by the visionary entrepreneur Gianluigi Martinelli and his wife Giovanna Confortola, the project designed by the Silvestri architectural studio in the person of the Architect Massimo Silvestri and the Interior Designer Edoardo Silvestri revolutionizes the concept of the mountain hotel and was realized by Concreta, an interior contractor specialized in the production and supply of customized and tailor-made furniture for the furnishing of accommodation facilities, hospitality in particular, and commercial facilities more generally. For Mo.he Boutique Hotel, Concreta was involved in the realization of the common areas and the 12 rooms and suites with their unique character.

Mo.he which literally means Mountain Heart, encapsulates the refined elegance of the boutique hotel, which blends harmoniously with the unspoilt authenticity of Livigno, creating a unique and unforgettable experience for lovers of luxury and nature. A true oasis of natural wellness, embellished with design details that reflect the beauty and variety of the surrounding landscape, incorporating elements such as waterfalls, ponds and ancient plants to provide an authentic and immersive experience in close contact with nature.

At the basis of the design philosophy studied by the Mo.he owners and the Silvestri studio is the desire to create a perfect balance between the structure and its surroundings while respecting the recovery of tradition. Mo.he boutique hotel is designed with an organic architecture, which not only incorporates natural elements into the design of the structure itself, but literally incorporates them, using materials and forms that dialogue harmoniously with nature, making the building as if it were a natural extension of the landscape. Through the materials that reflect these principles, include the use of hemp and clay bio-bricks, which improve the quality of the interior and promote the well-being of guests, and local wood and stone that blend perfectly with the surroundings.

Concreta’s intervention involved the creation of 12 rooms and suites, spread over three floors of the structure and divided into six types, each with unique features and exclusive details. The sophisticated design of the rooms designed by Silvestri Studio integrates natural elements that create a reminder of the outdoor landscape while defining the spaces with an intimate atmosphere of refined luxury. The rooms are designed on natural tones that combine with high-end amenities. All the furniture and furnishings in the rooms and furnishing in the suites were custom-made by Concreta based on design by Studio Silvestri.

Concreta was also responsible for the creation of the common areas, which complete a magical atmosphere in the heart of Livigno. The ground floor houses the Lounge Bar, an elegant meeting point for every moment of the day, from morning brunch to a refined aperitive in the evening.

The lower floor, on the other hand, houses the Restaurant, intimate and evocative, which welcomes guests with the gentle rustle of the Diorama waterfall. Exclusivity reaches its highest expression in the authentic Baita Federia, an experience inside a mountain lodge that still exudes a scent of moss and natural local wood, relocated and reinterpreted to welcome guests. The restaurant also offers a grill experience.

Common areas that complete the experience include a ski room and bike room, for sports equipment, as well as a fitness area and massage rooms, for the perfect balance of wellness and sport.
