(R)evolution Panel can be supplied raw or finished with decorative papers, according to the customer’s requests. Available up to 5600 mm in length and 2200 mm in width, with thicknesses from 15 mm to 100 mm, the (R)evolution Panel adapts to any type of application, even in the version with modular strips for fixing hardware.
Tonelli S.p.A. expands its offer with a series of services dedicated to companies in the furniture sector, designed to respond with precision and flexibility to the most complex production needs, with a wide range of additional processes for the furniture sector. An area of the San Marino plant has been dedicated to specific machinery to carry out specialised processes such as cutting, edgebanding, drilling, piece dowel pining and nesting machining. The materials to be processed can be supplied directly by the customer, or it is possible to take advantage of the procurement service of the panels and materials necessary for processing, such as covering with decorative papers, polypropylene or laminates, to meet every aesthetic and functional need.
The new service makes it possible to create finished components for furniture – doors, wall units, base units and other elements –with dedicated processes such as drilling, dowel insertion, drawer runners, attic doors and side panels. Each piece can be individually packaged or supplied on a platform, according to the customer’s logistics and design needs. A service designed to support contract projects, both small and large, with the care and quality that have distinguished the Tonelli company for over 80 years.
