The project, the result of a redevelopment of the existing volumes, designed to integrate with the surrounding environment, and at the same time capable of responding to the needs of a modern accommodation facility with some new extensions, aims to be the right combination of tradition, innovation and contemporary design. Once they reach the hill, guests can park their cars in the new parking lot, equipped with photovoltaic shelters and car charging stations, and then be welcomed by the hotel staff in a completely underground space and cross a tunnel covered with flowers and climbing plants, from which they reach the first body of the structure, developed horizontally to give architectural continuity to the indoor and outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by a green lawn with a solarium and panoramic view. In the basement, the connected and from outdoor spaces accessible SPA provides saunas, Turkish baths, emotional showers, and relaxation rooms. A Bar and restaurant with sunny terraces overlooking the beautiful Seriana Valley complete the first architectural body, the beating heart of this splendid refuge.
All the plants are designed with high energy efficiency to make the structure as passive as possible through geothermal cogeneration systems, which exploit natural heat to produce energy. It is precisely in this context, attentive to environmental impact, that is inserted the Linea wiring accessories series by Vimar. Designed from a sustainable perspective, thanks to the replacement of traditional plastics derived from fossil sources with plastics from renewable and recycled sources, the optimization of production processes and the use of FSC-certified eco-sustainable packaging, it managed to record a reduction of over 80% of the CO2 equivalent produced, with a saving of over 500 tons of CO2 per year. Chosen in the total look black version, with axial and home automation controls, connected to the KNX hotel management system, for the automation of blinds, shutters and lights, Linea fits in with its clean and unmistakable design, adding a further touch of sustainability to the environment.
