The setup process is designed to be intuitive and guided. Through the dedicated App, the operator is accompanied step by step during the installation, avoiding incompatible networks and ensuring the best possible performance from the start.

In case of anomalies or malfunctions, detailed diagnostic data and operational information can be accessed directly from the site to help identify the problem at an early stage. Giada System 2 also integrates an advanced cloud monitoring system that constantly verifies the system’s proper functioning. The platform can check the devices’ operational status and report any anomalies, allowing preventive management. On request, this service can also be extended to the end customer, who will thus be able to directly monitor its plant and have a constant view of its operating conditions, increasing control and transparency levels.
Giada System 2’s revolution is the AI integration within the App, designed to make the user experience even simpler, more personalised and smarter. Thanks to the analysis of light usage data, the system can provide suggestions dedicated to energy efficiency, identifying usage habits, switching-on times and estimated consumption. The user thus receives concrete advice to optimise the operation of the system and reduce energy waste. Among the most innovative features are the new AI scenes, which automatically create lighting scenarios based on the desired mood or context. The user can simply point to situations such as relaxing, studying, reading, a romantic dinner or watching a movie, and the AI generates an optimal combination of colours and light intensity.
Over time, the system learns the user’s preferences and suggests automatic programming based on their habits. The App also introduces the possibility of creating lighting scenarios from photographs or images. Through the analysis of the dominant colour palette, the AI is able to generate light configurations that are perfectly integrated with the surrounding environment. For example, by photographing a living room characterised by wooden elements, the system can suggest warm and natural tones or propose chromatic alternatives that can further enhance the space. AI also becomes a real virtual assistant for diagnostics. In the event of a problem, the system can identify anomalies and provide immediate clarifications in the native language.
If a light does not respond correctly, the user receives clear indications on the possible causes and actions to be taken to solve the problem, significantly improving the system’s management.
