April was an iconic month for Sovil, a historic Italian outdoor lighting company.
Last month, the biennial Euroluce – the bright part of the Salone del Mobile – took place in Milan. The 2025 edition saw the participation of over 2,000 exhibitors and a turnout of over 300,000 visitors. The participation at Sovil’s event turned out extraordinary, given the turnout and interest of the many visitors who visited Sovil’s stand. A presence planned for some time, strategic for the development of the new project, which began in 2023, whose goal is to position the company on the market as a reference and qualified manufacturer, especially for outdoor lighting professionals, designers of residential and urban spaces, installers and light designers. During the event, Sovil’s team met distributors, architects and specialists in artificial lighting, registering deep interest in the showcased collections and lighting systems.
The new Catalogue 51 – consisting of more than 700 pages – was highly appreciated, with further proposals for high-performance lighting fixtures designed for professional architectural lighting. Quality luminaires, such as the new Palace drive-over outdoor recessed luminaires, a complete collection with different powers, optics and sizes.
Great success also for the new Nido System collection, Urban Light System, a project that represented the company’s turning point that began in 2022. In that year, taking advantage of the deep expertise acquired in more than 50 years of production of lighting fixtures for outdoor environments, Sovil decided to qualify its products more and more by offering the market new lines with increasingly high-performance and innovative luminaires, thanks to the advanced technologies, and accurate, functional designs, to meet the needs of those who design light to illuminate residential and architectural urban spaces.
A great satisfaction for the whole team and Sovil’s Research and Development Centre, a further push to continue performing enthusiastically, proposing innovations in step with technological evolution and innovative designs, keeping to design quality lighting scenarios for people’s well-being.
