The lightweight panel of the future is realized in the factory of Pesaro on an area of about 20.000 square meters, with a latest generation system completely automated and a daily production capacity of 25.000 square meters of lightweight panels.
Revolution Top, this is its name, gives birth to a new era in the furniture world, because it reduces times, costs and weights. It is a modern and more cost effective lightweight panel compared to the traditional one but with the same advantages: lightness, resistance, longer life, less freight costs, environmental sustainability and a great versatility in the furniture design, that can be made with a bigger thickness facing very much less weight.
Revolution Top is also eco-friendly because there is less raw material use with a consequent deforestation reduction. Moreover, the low weight has a considerable impact on freight costs, helping to disperse less CO2 emissions in the environment. The lightweight panel is perfect for every furniture element: sides, doors, bottoms, covers, kitchen tops, tables, shelves, bookcases etc. Besides furniture elements, the lightweight panels will have also other applications like walls, displayers, signage and every other use where lightness and strength are needed.
In the new factory, we are going to produce panels up to 5600mm length and 2200mm width, with longitudinal slats on demand of the customer and thicknesses from 15 to 100mm.
