BTicino, the Italian brand leader in smart home solutions, unveils the new MatixGO line, the latest progress made by the company to achieve the total integration of “smart” functions in all its proposals.

After the revolutionary Living Now series, which five years ago imposed on the sector a new way of thinking about home controls, and the additional connected devices subsequently launched, with MatixGO the entire range of BTicino domestic series is connected. Through the integration of the IoT solutions of Netatmo, a company of the Legrand group specialist in connected solutions, in the MatixGO line, the Smart system becomes within everyone’s reach, responding to the needs of every type of housing for simple and complete management of all functions of the House. MatixGO with Netatmo presents itself as an intelligent system that, thanks to smart devices, evolves hand in hand with one’s needs in terms of function and control at highly competitive costs.

Simplicity and flexibility are two of the watchwords of MatixGO. Versatility comes from an innovative approach in the accessories line to optimize and reduce the number of items in the catalogue. MatixGO allows creating or modifying installations without disassembling or redoing the wiring, thus saving time; it only needs to add accessories or dedicated products to achieve the desired result.

Another advantage of the new MatixGO range is the possibility of adding accessories to adapt the installation to environments that require protected devices. For example, the new IdroGO waterproof cover protects the system from external agents, increasing the waterproofing degree of the boxes from IP40 to IP55. That makes the line adaptable to all outdoor environments, such as porches or terraces.

The design of MatixGO is essential and minimal. The protagonists of the keys are the two main shades: white for the standard solutions and grey for the “smart” solutions, combined with 10 other monochromatic finishes. In addition, the absolute novelty is I’m Nature, the 100% organic plate made with new generation compostable material available on the market starting from October; it is made of biopolymers and can maintain its integrity over time, guaranteeing the same performance as traditional polymers.

The MatixGO project was born in the production plants of Varese and Erba, Italy, the company’s beating heart. Designed to create versatile, functional, easy and intelligent installations, the new MatixGO is a line conceived to offer solutions for all spaces and all users, from the residential to the tertiary sector, from indoor to outdoor, from hotels to healthcare environments.

USB charging sockets, extractable torches, safety lamps, table sockets, retractable turrets, protruding turrets and multifunction wall switchboards complete the range. As for the other lines, wireless scenario controls are also provided.
