The Italian company based in Bassano attends FIND – Design Fair Asia, Singapore, from 11 to 13 September
Vetrart was born 35 years ago from the mastery and craftsmanship of a young Daniele Bagnara. Over the years, it has transformed from an artisan company into a noteworthy reality in the furnishing accessories sector, thanks to a team of master glass artisans, who try to preserve and pass on one of the most famous and refined traditions of the Veneto region, a unique Made in Italy manufacturing process. Over the years, the market demand has gradually evolved, allowing the company to expand production also for the lighting sector and subsequently began to make glass components for third parties, becoming the company’s strong point.
Freehand blowing or lathe shaping, cutting, grinding, drilling or decoration operations such as spray painting, sandblasting and decal. Thanks to the versatility of borosilicate glass, Vetrart produces high-performance lighting objects to make environments look elegant, refined and unique. Simple and essential lines meeting any style and completely customisable, with colours and accessories to decorate and make a unique product.
By collaborating with several designers, architecture and planning studios, the Bassano-based company guarantees functional, exclusive and truly unique products. Vetrart offers a 360° service: design, sample development, production and after-sales service, up to on-site assembly. And an eye is kept also on the green topic: Vetrart is a sustainable company, with clean energy production and recyclable packaging. A photovoltaic system indeed produces 80% of the needed power independently. Vetrart is one of the few Italian artisan companies to have installed a renewable energy system that allows a low environmental impact, while the packaging is easy to recycle and reuse. Glass is a durable material, so the products can be used for a long time and eventually be recycled. In addition, the gases and materials used for processing do not produce volatile pollutants, thus contributing to environmental well-being.
Vetrart’s products are therefore 100% Made in Italy.
“When you buy from a craftsman,” says Daniele Bagnara, “you are buying hundreds of hours spent between failures and continuous experiments, months of frustration alternating with joyful moments. You are thus buying moments of a person’s working life, based on passion and dedication.”
