Surfaces make the difference in the Ho.Re.Ca world

4Design will be present at SICAM Pordenone, HALL 10 – Stand A28

 

In the Ho.Re.Ca sector, surfaces are taking on an increasingly central role, following trends that favour immersive, identity and multisensory environments. Now it is no longer enough to offer a functional space. The premises must convey the character of the brand, generate comfort and guarantee performance. The research focuses on materials that combine distinctive design, acoustic quality and customisation, essential elements for designers and subcontractors called upon to create experiences that leave their mark and build customer loyalty.

The numbers speak for themselves:

  • 80% of customers say that the venue design influences the decision to visit again
  • A well-designed environment increases average stay by 30% and spending by 20%
  • 91% of respondents are more likely to return to a restaurant offering a pleasant atmosphere

 

The surface’s role

In the Ho.Re.Ca sector, the surface is not just a detail, but a true design tool.
