New strategic acquisitions that complete the portfolio of lighting and modular solutions for commercial projects
Among the world leaders in the design and production of custom-made and technologically integrated LED lighting systems for residential, industrial and commercial applications, L&S was founded in 1977 in the furniture district of Maron di Brugnera (PN) and today boasts a solid international presence: it has about 500 employees, six production plants in Italy, Germany, China and the United States, eight sales offices and a network active in over 70 countries, to offer a truly global service.
In May 2025, L&S launched a new phase of strategic development in the Retail sector with the entry into the Group of two companies of excellence: Visplay, a leading company in the design and production of electrified modular structures for commercial interiors, retail spaces and offices, based in Germany within the prestigious Vitra Campus; and Flux, an Italian company active in the custom lighting solutions for high-end retail, at the service of important Made in Italy luxury and fashion brands.
