F10B Monochrome White Light by Cobofra Group
Designed to meet the most advanced architectural lighting market requirements, Cobofra Group’s F10B Monochrome White Light silicone neon tube represents an advanced synthesis of technology, performance and design freedom. With a nominal power of 4.5 W/m, the system guarantees remarkable lighting performance, achieving a luminous flux of up to 130 lm/m and a colour rendering index (CRI) of up to 95 Ra to offer natural and realistic colour perception. For a homogeneous and continuous visual effect along the entire tube surface, the light is emitted at 360 degrees, without shadow areas. The use of a new generation silicone, extruded through an integrated moulding process, is a distinctive element that guarantees IP65 waterproofing and high resistance to atmospheric agents and UV rays. Those features allow the product to be used even in extreme environmental conditions, with an operating temperature ranging from -40 °C to +55 °C, thus making it ideal for indoor and outdoor installations, even in particularly critical contexts. The material flexibility further expands the application options: with a minimum 120 mm bending radius, the neon tube can be shaped to obtain straight lines, curves, arcs, circles or custom shapes, granting the designers maximum creative freedom. The system is suitable for mounted or suspended installations, naturally adapting to any architectural or interior design concept.
From an operational point of view, the neon tube has been developed to offer practical and precise installation. The minimum cutting length of only 6.25 mm allows for free cutting, to offer accurate customisation directly on site (Field Assembly C). It is also dimming systems-compatible, for precise light intensity control and final scenic effect. Particular attention was also paid to the electrical connection. A variety of connector options are available, designed to meet different application needs. The adoption of DryWire™ technology and the IP67 injection-moulded connector, made of liquid silicone, guarantees high protection for outdoor use, a clean aesthetic and a strong structural adhesiveness, synonymous with over time reliability.
